Assistant General Manager

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, approximately 6:00 AM through close Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations Lead, support, and develop team members Ensure consistent, high-quality food, beverage, and guest service Train and supervise front- and back-of-house team members Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism Help maintain company standards, policies, and food safety procedures Work alongside the General Manager to identify opportunities to improve operations and grow the business Be willing to jump in wherever needed — we’re a team!
