Program Manager III, Engineering (Hybrid)

The role supports CrowdStrike’s mission by delivering critical infrastructure programs and driving reliability, cloud migrations, and platform modernization. What You’ll Do Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with Engineering teams, SRE, Product Managers, and Engineering Managers to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap Translate business and engineering priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes Create and drive project schedules, manage task assignments, and track progress; manage dependencies within and across product and platform groups Establish and monitor key success metrics including delivery timelines, reliability improvements, cost savings, and team velocity Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and opportunities that impact infrastructure strategy Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate with staff and management across worldwide units to identify, explain, and communicate project involvement, goals, expectations, and tasks Track the status of project activities and ensure schedules and priorities are met Identify, track, and manage dependencies; escalate blockers and drive resolution with urgency Ensure critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary Triage inbound requests and coordinate operational escalations Ensure quality documentation, change management processes, and operational readiness for all infrastructure changes Partner with Leadership and Technical Teams Partner with teams at all levels—from detailed technical discussions with engineers to strategic discussions at the executive level Learn and communicate technical context, aligning it with business objectives to drive deliverables, resources, and timelines Translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear business value propositions Communicate project status daily/weekly and maintain executive presence while building technical credibility Lead Scrum meetings and follow up on meeting minutes and action items Coordinate across timezones to support ongoing work What You’ll Need 7+ years of technical program/project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SRE practices, and modern platform architectures Proven track record leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact Proficient in Jira and familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation Outstanding communication skills—able to articulate complex technical topics to engineers and executives Strong ability to drive results, manage obstacles, and make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide in collaborative, consensus-driven environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience Background in cybersecurity or high-availability systems is a plus Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike Market leader in compensation and equity awards Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leaves Professional development opportunities for all employees Employee networks and volunteer opportunities to build connections Vibrant office culture with world-class amenities Great Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is an equal opportunity employer.
