Capital Budget & Analytics Specialist

Welltower is seeking a Capital Budget Specialist to direct funding, reporting, and tracking for construction projects by the Capital teams. You will ensure approvals are obtained and procedures followed, driving value for the Senior Housing portfolio. Reporting to the AVP of Capital Administration, you will build dashboards, review budgets, and support procurement and IT alignment as part of a disciplined financial workflow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Welltower
