Your work drives curb appeal and resident satisfaction.What You'll DoMaintenance SupportKeep grounds, amenities, pool, laundry rooms, mail areas, and common spaces cleanHelp clean vacant units and modelsSupport maintenance team when neededReport repair issues to managementEnter occupied units when needed for service supportExterior CarePick up trash and keep dumpster areas clean and organizedSweep walkways, breezeways, and parking areasMaintain clean building surroundings and community perimeterRake shrubs, remove debris, and handle mud when neededUse backpack blower daily (50 lbs)Walk the property daily to maintain strong curb appealSafety & PreventionFollow all safety policies and proceduresSpot and report hazards right awayKeep storage areas securedNotify office of any utility shutoffsResident & Team SupportDeliver notices to residents (events, pest control, updates)Respond to resident requests with professionalismSupport resident retention effortsMaintain a clean, professional appearanceAssist with team tasks and special projectsWhat You Bring• High school diploma preferred, not requiredCleaning or porter experience preferredCustomer service experience is a plusAbility to follow directions and communicate clearlySkills & Requirements• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snowAble to lift, push, and move equipment and dumpstersAble to use cleaning tools and equipment (mops, vacuums, ladders)Strong attention to detailExtra Pay, The Fun StuffEligible for monthly property bonuses.
