People-first culture that supports employee growth and development Collaborative team environment that values ideas and input Commitment to quality, accuracy, and operational excellence Transparent leadership and open communication Adaptable and forward-thinking in a changing business landscape Key Responsibilities Of An AP Supervisor Supervise and support the AP team, including training and performance management Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment batches Ensure timely month-end close and account reconciliations Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies Monitor internal controls and improve AP processes for efficiency Qualifications Of An AP Supervisor 3+ years of accounts payable experience, with prior leadership preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and Excel Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
