BBSI is partnering with a well-established mechanical service organization in the San Jose area to hire a Service Inside Sales Representative to support commercial HVAC and mechanical service operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will play a key role supporting service agreements, repairs, project coordination, and customer communication while working closely with operations, field teams, and account managers.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support existing commercial service accounts and help ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention

·         Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Field teams to support service agreements, repairs, and improvement projects

·         Participate in job walks, building surveys, and customer site visits

·         Assist with estimating, proposals, vendor coordination, submittals, and project documentation

·         Support onboarding, billing coordination, and invoice follow-up efforts

·         Participate in Work-In-Progress (WIP) review meetings and assist with active project tracking

·         Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity updates

·         Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

·         Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and code requirements

Qualifications

·         3-5 years of experience in inside sales, project coordination, or service operations within HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or related construction trades

·         Strong understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing, piping, refrigeration, or building systems

·         Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·         Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet preferred

·         Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience is a plus
