Job Description
When a client sits down across from you, they often have questions they have not asked anyone else. They want to understand what is available to them, what fits their situation, and what happens next. Your role is to help them get there.
\n \nAs a Customer Service Associate in our Coral Gables office, you work directly with clients to walk them through their options, answer questions clearly, and make sure every interaction ends with a defined next step. You are supported by a team and a process designed to keep you prepared.
\n \nDay to day, you handle inbound and outbound client communication, document each interaction accurately, and coordinate with team members to keep cases moving forward. You follow up on open items so nothing falls through.
\n \nAn independent opportunity with structured training and support as you build your career. No prior insurance experience is needed. You will learn the products, the systems, and the communication approach through hands-on coaching.
\n \nThis is a full-time, on-site position in Coral Gables. Strong listening, clear communication, and attention to detail are what matter most here.
