What You Handle Daily
\n \nYou meet with clients who need help understanding their coverage options. Each appointment is an opportunity to walk someone through available plans, answer their questions clearly, and help them make a decision that fits their situation. Preparation before each meeting and accurate documentation afterward are part of the routine.
\n \nHow You Build Client Relationships
\n \nMuch of this role centers on follow-up. After an initial conversation, you check in with clients, clarify next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You also coordinate with team members to keep information organized and ensure every client receives consistent support throughout the process.
\n \nHow You Develop Here
\n \nGrow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility. You start with structured training that covers products, client communication, and internal systems. No prior insurance experience is needed. As you gain confidence, your responsibilities expand and your earning potential increases based on results.
