Operations Excellence Analyst

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking an analyst to evaluate policies, procedures, forms and reports, and recommend operational improvements. This onsite role is based in Columbia, SC with standard M-F hours. You will analyze data, generate reports, train staff, maintain procedures, and coordinate with management across projects. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; DB2, Cohere Health, Genesys, TNAV and Excel skills are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southcarolinablues
