Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license for the state of Ohio, or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP procedures and documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for elementary and middle school students
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals in collaboration with other educational professionals and families
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and flexible therapy approaches to address a diverse range of student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Offer support to teachers and staff as needed to facilitate successful communication strategies within the classroom
