Shipping Specialist

Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Chestnut Ridge, NY | 100% Onsite
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:15 PM
Pay: Up to $25/hr

We're looking for someone with shipping and logistics experience to support our daily shipping operations.

What You'll Do:

• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
  
• Check orders for accuracy
  
• Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, DHL, couriers, and LTL carriers
  
• Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders
  
• Complete EEI filings through the ACE portal
  
• Review sales orders and help resolve any errors
  
• Enter and maintain shipping information in company systems
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with EEI filings and the ACE portal (required)
  
• At least 1 year of international shipping experience
  
• Knowledge of import/export and shipping procedures
  
• Strong data entry and computer skills
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  
• Ability to work overtime when needed
  

Pay: Up to $25/hour
Location: Chestnut Ridge, NY

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
