Maintenance Supervisor – Multi Site Oakwood Management Company is seeking a hands‑on leader to oversee all maintenance activities across multiple sites in Columbus, ensuring facilities remain in top‑notch condition. Your Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a skilled team of maintenance technicians, coordinate daily tasks, develop preventive programs, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets and supplies, and collaborate with outside vendors.
