The ideal candidate will be based in either the Denver metro area or the Vail Valley and be comfortable traveling regularly to serve clients throughout their assigned territory. Success in this role requires a willingness to spend several days each month meeting with clients, prospects, and community partners across the region. As a trusted consultative partner, this individual will influence client decisions through data-driven marketing recommendations and strategic insights. They will develop and execute integrated, multi-platform advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and measurable business outcomes, leveraging linear television, streaming, and digital media solutions to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and maximize results.Responsibilities:Strong understanding of the Denver metro area, Vail Valley, and surrounding mountain communities, including local economic drivers, industries, and business landscape.Established relationships with local business owners, decision-makers, and community organizations are highly desirable.Skilled at identifying client challenges and translating them into customized, outcome-based advertising solutions.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and comfortable managing a geographically diverse territory with regular in-person client meetings.Proactively identifies, prospects, and develops new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.Regularly engages with current account base to identify optimization opportunities, present campaign analytics and build a trusting and strong relationshipWorks with internal partners to create presentations, strategies and reporting analytics to share with clientsUtilizes internal CRM to forecast, prospect, track activity and analyze pipelineMeet in-person with clients and prospects at regular cadence in Denver Metro and MountainsUsing attribution insights to optimize campaigns and support consultative sellingApplying cross-platform media planning across TV, streaming, and digital channelsTracking campaign performance and interpreting reporting insightsDeveloping proposals (with assistance from internal teams) and delivering effective client presentationsHandling objections and resolving client challenges effectivelyManaging relationships and building client trust Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
