Technical Support Tech I

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the Data Center Operations team supporting the LBO Processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay Range: $28 per hour

What's the Job?

Process allocation tickets from the Data Center "Late Bind Optics" Sim resolver group for optic inventory management.
Handle requests for optic inventory allocation or transfer for data center projects.
Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to inventory and data center operations.
Document, track, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
Contribute to established processes with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

What's Needed?

Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
0-3 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines effectively.
Strong communication skills for supporting end users and team collaboration.
Associate's degree or equivalent in a related area is preferred.
