Billing Coordinator

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team focused on Delivering Solutions and Improving Lives.ResponsibilitiesProcess sub consultant invoices - obtain appropriate approvals, enter into accounting system, update logsCoordinate with Project Analyst regarding billing instructions and invoice approvals.Process Labor transfers and sub-consultant transfersCreate draft invoices for review, finalize after approvals, copy final invoice for mailing and electronic filingModify/Void prior period invoices as instructed by Project Analyst, process any necessary changes (reissue, write down, transfer).Ensure all invoices are posted and reconciled with invoice registerAssist Project Analysts with opening of new projects or phasesGather reimbursable backup, attach to invoices and answer questions regarding backup if necessary.Maintain period job costing records electronically.QualificationsMinimum Associates degree in accounting or similar field.Bachelor's Degree (preferred).Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience (preferred).1-3 years of experience in an accounting department.NV5 offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) and professional development/advancement opportunities.The pay range for this California position is $26.00- $30.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
