Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking an energetic, technology-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features, performance, and innovative technology
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers and returning clients
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options professionally and transparently
- Stay current with advancements in vehicle technology, safety systems, innovations, and digital sales tools
- Deliver a luxury-level customer experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
What Were Looking For
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to ongoing technological advancements
- Ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required we are willing to train the right candidate
