Job Description

Make Every Home Feel Like Home Again
Join Woodard's Residential Carpet Cleaning Team!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Occasional Saturdays | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM plus On-Call

Not a desk person? Good.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, working independently, and delivering a great customer experience. In this position, you'll run your own jobs, work directly with homeowners, and help customers get their homes back to looking and feeling their best.

This is not a "show up and clean carpets" kind of job.

You'll be the face of Woodard in customers' homes, leading the service, making recommendations, and taking ownership of the entire experience from arrival to completion.

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential carpet, upholstery, and hard surface cleaning jobs
• Communicate directly with homeowners and set expectations
• Assess each home and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Operate professional cleaning equipment and stay active throughout the day
• Move furniture, navigate stairs, and work in a variety of home environments
• Manage your truck, equipment, and supplies
• Deliver an experience that leaves customers excited to recommend Woodard

You'll Succeed If You:

• Enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work
• Can build rapport quickly with customers
• Like staying active and working with your hands
• Notice details others miss
• Have a strong sense of urgency and don't need someone standing over your shoulder
• Are comfortable making recommendations that genuinely help customers
• Can adapt when schedules, jobs, or priorities change throughout the day

Why Woodard?

• Commission-based earning opportunity with strong income potential
• Independence in your day with support from a great team
• Paid training and development
• Competitive team environment with performance incentives
• Work that makes an immediate difference for customers

If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, taking ownership, helping people, and getting rewarded for your performance - apply today!
