What You'll Do

Lead and support painters and apprentices
Oversee multiple crews and residential job sites
Maintain high standards for prep, painting, cleanliness, and property protection
Train team members and help develop their skills
Communicate with customers throughout their projects
Coordinate materials and keep jobs moving efficiently
Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with our production team to keep projects on track
