Talent Acquisition Business Partner Partner closely with the business and cross‑functional partners to identify, evaluate and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Leverage recruitment strategies and market insights to attract high‑quality candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively to drive our talent acquisition efforts and foster a culture of excellence. Responsibilities Develop recruitment strategies that enable the identification, evaluation, and hiring of top talent. Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates. Source, interview, and assess candidates' education, experience, training, and other qualifications. Develop interview plans that support hiring teams to evaluate talent in an effective, fair, and engaging manner. Schedule interviews and coordinate interviewers or panels. Test and score applicants and gather feedback from interviewers. Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork, and perform reference and background checks. Inform candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities. Prepare and extend job offers. Notify applicants of rejection in a timely manner. Qualifications 3+ years of related experience. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. What's in it for you? Base Pay Range: $71,700 to $103,732 annually. Work Mode: Mostly Remote. Annual employee bonus program.
