Finance Administration

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator with prior experience in the construction industry . The ideal candidate must be proficient in SAGE accounting software and knowledgeable in local tax compliance, including quarterly filings, IVU, and 10% withholding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on customer accounts and collections.
• Prepare and issue invoices according to project contracts and terms.
• Apply and reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
• File quarterly tax reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Handle IVU (sales and use tax), 10% withholding , and related filings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide general support to the accounting department as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction-related companies (required).
• Proficiency in SAGE accounting software (required).
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico tax requirements including IVU and 10% withholding.
• Experience with quarterly filings and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
