SKILLED CONSTRUCTION LABORER

We're hiring a Skilled Construction Laborer to support the construction of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB). If you have construction experience, can read blueprints, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

• Assist with the assembly and installation of metal buildings
• Cut, stage, and bolt materials into place
• Read and work from blueprints
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Work from scissor lifts and follow all safety requirements
• Support the crew to keep projects moving

• 2+ years of construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely at heights

• Welding experience is a plus
• Experience with MIG or stick welding preferred

• $20-$25/hr starting pay

Work outdoors and on active construction sites installing pre-engineered metal buildings. PPE is required, and employees regularly work from scissor lifts and elevated work platforms.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
