Key Responsibilities

• Assemble heating and cooling units according to engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools to assemble and secure exterior unit components.
• Learn and perform wiring, testing, and troubleshooting tasks through on-the-job training.
• Participate in training programs to become certified in brazing and support production requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Safely operate hand and power tools during assembly processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions for more complex builds.
• Rotate between departments and workstations to support production needs and expand skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Strong interest in manufacturing and a desire to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ months of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions or blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced manufacturing processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
