Talent Acquisition Specialist

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support critical hiring initiatives within its HR department. This individual will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruiting across clinical and non-clinical roles. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. The ideal candidate brings healthcare recruiting experience, strong ATS knowledge, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition strategy. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies Source candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and cold outreach Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, vacancy rates, and pipeline health Support recruiting events such as career fairs and hiring initiatives Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and workflows Required Skills 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, direct sourcing) Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience partnering directly with hiring managers Plusses Healthcare recruiting experience (clinical and/or non-clinical roles) Workday ATS experience Experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics Experience recruiting across multiple departments or business units #J-18808-Ljbffr
