This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, collaborative accounting team supporting a diverse portfolio of entities while playing a key role in the company's continued growth. Location: Vancouver, WA (100% Onsite) Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 DOE Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do Prepare and support month-end close activities across approximately 15 entities Perform complex bank reconciliations (30+ bank accounts) Complete intercompany reconciliations and maintain accurate intercompany balances Assist with consolidation entries and financial reporting Support the organization's first external financial statement audit and work directly with external auditors Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience supporting external audits or prior public accounting experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and intercompany accounting Sage Intacct experience is highly preferred Experience with consolidations is a plus Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Why This Opportunity?
