Our position is client-facing and focuses on Personal, Business, and Estate Planning Strategies. An ideal candidate needs to have a passion for helping people and a conviction for doing what's right.


Compensation consists of W-2, a Training Allowance (Subsidy and Stipend) along with Commissions and Expense Allowance. We also offer Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits (Subsidized), and much more. Additionally, a 401(k) Plan with matching% and a Cash Balance Pension Plan are included.

Responsibilities

• No Door-To-Door or Cold Calling! Our World-Class Training will establish the 17 ways in which we target the market in our local communities.
• We sponsor our professionals in obtaining their Life, Accident & Health Insurance Licenses as well as their SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 65/66, and Series 7 Licenses. We pay for you to sit for the exam and for state licenses. We also provide the study materials at no cost, so there is no financial exposure on your part.
• Spend time in the discovery analysis with existing clients and new prospects.
• Identify, seek out, and generate prospects continuously using social media or other marketing tools and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Colorado, Wyoming, or Nebraska.
• Have a proven track record of success & people-oriented.
• Coaching, Leadership, or Management Experience.
• Established presence within the local community.
• Possess a forward-thinking spirit.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory.
• MBA for advanced positions.
