Engineering Manager

What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an Engineering Manager within our Prepaid card division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. This role is responsible for leading a cross-functional software engineering team consisting of software developers and quality engineers. The Engineering Manager is accountable for delivering high-quality software while developing people, improving engineering practices, and partnering closely with Product Management and business stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. As Corpay transforms into an AI-native software engineering organization, this leader will be expected to drive adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle. Our engineering teams leverage AI to accelerate software design, implementation, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security, and engineering excellence. Successful candidates will have experience applying generative AI within software engineering and will be excited to help shape the future of AI-powered software development. The Engineering Manager must possess strong technical leadership, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of modern cloud architecture, AWS, and software engineering best practices.How We WorkAs an Engineering Manager you will be expected to work out of our Brentwood, TN office.
