Hours: 7am-3:30pm CT | Monday-Friday | 40 hours

Requirements: Billing Specialist / Medical Records
- 1+ years of medical billing experience
- Understanding medical records and processing requests
- Excellent customer service
Responsibilities: Billing Specialist / Medical Records
- Running daily reports to obtain self-pay patients needing a card ran that day
- Running all self-pay payments daily
- Communication with clinics on patient status
- Answering phone calls from patients, clinics, etc.
- Calling patients when payments decline for follow up
