Location: Goodlettsville TN

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: 28/hour

Type: Contract to hire

Hours: Standard Business Hours | Monday-Friday | 40 hours

Requirements: Payroll Administrator Taxes

2 years of experience in payroll
Experience with payroll taxes
Ability to manually recalculate and audit payroll processing and calculations regarding all aspects of payroll
Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws in a multi-state environment

Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator Taxes

Utilize payroll system, and third-party software to build, review and audit exception reports to ensure company compliance.
Analyze financial data to resolve discrepancies.
Export, process and resolve weekly audits and reports to eliminate processing errors.
Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees' updates and adjustments in company systems.
Report lump-sum payments and interact with agencies to determine amounts to be withheld for company bonus programs by employees on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
