Staff RN - Observation Unit

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patients and families along the health-illness continuum. Key Responsibilities Performing initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments. Documenting nursing diagnoses and developing care plans to achieve patient outcomes. Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, adjusting care plans based on patient responses. Participating actively in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Qualifications and Skills Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Valid state driver’s license. Strong assessment, planning, and collaborative skills. Additional Details Work in night shifts. Engage in continuous learning and process improvement. Possess a passion for caring and excellence in healthcare. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
