Staff RN - Observation Unit (Nights)
Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)
We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patients and families across the health-illness spectrum. Key Responsibilities Performing initial and ongoing health assessments and functional status evaluations (30%). Documenting nursing diagnoses, collaborative problems, and care plans to achieve patient outcomes (30%). Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, adjusting care plans based on responses and outcomes (20%). Participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance (10%). Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Active RN license as per Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. No prior experience necessary. Additional Details Work in night shift, with scheduled weekly hours of 36. Department: Observation Unit 1.
