Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments with new clients to identify their individual needs and challenges associated with mental health and substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and ensure regular updates based on client progress.

• Engage in one-on-one and group therapy sessions, focusing on establishing trust and rapport with clients to encourage engagement in their recovery process.

• Participate in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support in high-stress situations, utilizing evidenced-based practices.

• Monitor and document client interactions in accordance with established protocols, ensuring timely completion of progress reports and analyzing health outcomes.

• Advocate for essential resources and services that support clients’ holistic health, while navigating the organizational and financial structures efficiently.

• Collaborate with external service providers and family members to streamline care coordination and enhance support networks for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
