Associate Director – Value & Risk Advisory (HUD Business Line) JLL is seeking an Associate Director for its Value and Risk Advisory team focused on HUD business. The role involves commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects. Key Responsibilities Complete entire client‑ready reports covering analysis, highest and best use scenarios, DCF modeling, sales and cost comparative analysis. Originate selective work and partner with leadership to identify targets. Spend 20‑50% of time coaching analysts, senior analysts, and associates. Personally inspect and supervise assignments as needed. Attend at least one local commercial real estate event per year. Education and Skills Requirements Continue participation in JLLU for career path alignment and professional skill development. Master Argus competency (for national institutional team members). Master complex concepts within chosen sector. Full competency in core skills; beginner competency in project management and/or account management. Licensing Requirements State certified general appraiser license (CG) with minimum 1 year holding. Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus as directed by manager.
