Admission Counselor

Enrolling students into Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs, the full-time remote Admission Counselor I will manage inquiries through various channels, assist prospective students through the enrollment process, and collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support. Key responsibilities Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to evaluate their needs and provide program information Engage with students via phone, email, and other communication methods to assist them through the admission process Partner with departments outside of Admission to ensure high-quality service and escalate issues as needed Required qualifications Associate's degree or completed college coursework; equivalent experience may be considered At least 1 year of relevant sales or customer service experience in relationship or consultative sales Flexibility to work either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Must reside in an approved Synergy state within the Central, Eastern, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
