Quality Assurance Specialist

Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ *************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD********************** Duties & Responsibilities: Develops and implements quality assurance processes and procedures. Conducts audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards. Identifies process improvement opportunities. Prepares reports on quality metrics and findings Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies Ability to conduct audits and assessments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Ability to develop process improvements Communication skills Minimum/General Experience: 4 years to 6 years of related experience Minimum Education: BS/BA degree in Quality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent) Disclaimer: The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
