**Job Title: Facilities Specialist Level 1

**

**Location: Stamford, CT 06901

**

**Duration: 4 Months (Possible extension or conversion)

**

**Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

**

• Smaller building
• Landlord is responsive

**Team Overview:

**

• 2 seasoned FMs overseeing the site
• The temp could report to one of these FMs

**Resource's typical working day:

**

• Stain on carpet
• Door isn't closing right
• Be a face the site
• Relaying messages to internal help desk, if a user opens a ticket with help desk it gets assigned to this person (lightbulb is out in pantry, desk has chip in it, key broke in the lock in desk drawer, coffee machine is broken)
• They would be working hand in hand with a seasoned FM
• Pantry supplies, ordering cutlery, coffee other items
• Putting tickets in the system to get things fixed

**Must Have Skills:

**

• Must be friendly, they will be customer facing
• Staying calm
• Basic good computer skills (type emails, little bit of excel, being able to pick up ticketing system) good with basic math

**Nice to have skills:

**

• If they have worked in facilities before and CMMS system
• Admin skills

**Years of Experience:

**

• Some professional experience

**Education

**

• High School Diploma or GED is okay
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree would be great

**Software skills:

**

• MS Office Suite
