Support healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Draft and review healthcare agreements and contracts. Advise on clinical research and academic medicine matters. Support counseling on healthcare data use and commercialization. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and admission or eligibility for admission to the Florida Bar. 2-5 years of experience or strong interest in healthcare law, health policy, or life sciences. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong business acumen and client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based practice.
