Production Associate

Injection Press Operator

Join a stable manufacturing team. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Injection Press Operators. In this role, you'll operate injection molding equipment, inspect and trim plastic parts, and prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic components
• Remove finished parts from machines and perform quality inspections
• Trim excess material and ensure parts meet specifications
• Package products for shipment
• Use a tape measure and basic measuring tools for quality checks
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Injection molding experience preferred
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 1015 lbs. frequently throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment

Preferred Experience

• Plastic injection molding
• Packaging and warehouse operations
• General production or assembly work
• Material handling and quality inspection

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
