Specialty/Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Corpus Christi, TX (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health products in the Corpus Christi, Texas territory. The role involves educating medical professionals on clinical benefits, managing customer relationships, driving sales targets, and supporting reimbursement navigation across both in-person and virtual channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze sales effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and maintain brand passion throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 4 years sales experience, or High School diploma plus 6 years sales experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, or related specialties
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Knowledge of complex payer and reimbursement environments
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and lead in fast-paced settings

Compensation: Specialty Representative: $89,880–$121,602 annual base; Senior Specialty Representative: $115,036–$155,638 annual base
