Business Development Manager Details:
- Direct Hire position
- $ 52,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually
- Full Time work available
- Salaried
- Prospect and secure new client partnerships within an assigned territory.
- Spend 60–75% of time in the field prospecting and meeting decision-makers in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and light-industrial businesses.
- Build pipeline through cold calls, field visits, networking, referrals, email, and other outbound methods.
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce needs and present staffing solutions.
- Manage territory strategy, sales activity, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Business Development Manager Qualifications:
- Outside B2B, business development, or territory sales experience with proven new-business success.
- Strong hunter mentality and confidence with cold calling and in-person prospecting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
