In this role, you'll:
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and reporting packages.
- Support SEC reporting activities, including 10-K and 10-Q preparation.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to leadership.
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with process improvements and strengthen accounting workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably within healthcare or another complex, regulated industry.
- Experience supporting financial reporting, SEC filings, or audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
Healthcare accounting experience, public accounting experience, or exposure to 10-K/10-Q reporting is highly valued.
