We are seeking an organized and empathetic Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations for our mental health practice in Elmwood Park, NJ. This role ensures smooth daily administrative workflows, supports our clinical team, and creates a welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, office inventory, and general administrative workflow.

• Patient Support: Answer calls and emails, handle intake paperwork, and maintain strict HIPAA compliance.

• Billing Support: Verify insurance benefits, collect co-pays, and coordinate with the billing team.

• Team Assistance: Help onboard front-desk staff and maintain clinician schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of medical or mental health office management experience.

• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., SimplePractice, TherapyNotes) and basic office software.

• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and basic health insurance verification.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
