- Previous Service Advisor or automotive sales experience required.
- Strong upsell and closing skills - excellent communicator who builds trust.
- Passionate about delivering a 5-star customer experience and helping drive strong customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI) scores.
- Familiarity with Subaru vehicles is a plus.
- Warmly greet customers and professionally assess their service needs.
- Present service recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Serve as the trusted liaison between customers and technicians.
- Maximize every service opportunity while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Drive high service NPS/CSI scores through exceptional customer care.
