Service Advisor

Service AdvisorGroup 1 Automotive is seeking experienced Service Advisors for our Kansas City-area dealerships, including Shawnee Mission Kia and BMW/MINI of Shawnee Mission. We're looking for customer-focused professionals who excel in a fast-paced service environment and have a talent for building trust with customers while identifying and recommending vehicle maintenance and repair solutions. As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary link between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle check-in through service completion.
