We are seeking a dependable and motivated culinary professional to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent food safety standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, organized under pressure, and committed to delivering a consistent guest experience.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with inventory rotation, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and promptly address any issues to maintain consistency.
- Support prep work, line service, and other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
