Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead daily restaurant operations and support a positive, guest-focused dining experience. In this role, you will oversee team performance, maintain service standards, support financial goals, and help create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to balance people leadership with operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to promote strong performance, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety practices to maintain compliance and consistency.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts.
• Review sales, labor, and operational reports to help achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health regulations, and all applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar high-volume service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated focus on guest service and team development.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor management, or cost controls preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
