Payroll Administrator

Virtual Vocations Inc

To support a rapidly expanding multi-location healthcare company, the full-time Payroll Administrator will manage bi-weekly payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors across several states, coordinate with the People Team for employee changes, and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance. Key responsibilities Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for employees and contractors across multiple states Coordinate with the People Team for new hires, terminations, and leave management to maintain payroll accuracy Assist in payroll account reconciliation and report on monthly payroll variances by location Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a multi-location healthcare setting Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, or UKG Understanding of basic accounting principles and compliance with wage and hour laws Access to reliable internet and telephone services for remote work
