Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Operations Specialist – Southern California Worksites: California Air National Guard Support Locations Employment Type: Full-Time Travel Requirement: Routine travel throughout Southern California, including San Diego and other assigned locations Security Requirements: CAC Required; Tier 1 or Tier 3 Clearance; U.S. Citizenship Required; English Proficiency Required Position Overview D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full‑time DDRP Operations Specialist to support Drug Demand Reduction Program activities across multiple California Air National Guard locations in Southern California. This role includes regular travel to geographically separated units to ensure consistent and compliant program execution. Key Responsibilities Support drug testing events across multiple assigned locations Assist with specimen handling, packaging, chain‑of‑custody documentation, and compliance procedures Prepare materials and support event setup Follow established checklists, protocols, and program procedures Assist with recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative documentation Travel routinely to various Air National Guard sites within the region Minimum Qualifications Experience working in military, logistics, operational, or structured procedural environments Strong attention to detail and adherence to established protocols Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, event‑driven settings Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Southern California Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite About D2 Government Solutions D2GS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
