Our Hilton Head and Beaufort teams are growing fast—and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and agent-focused Marketing Account Manager to elevate our regional presence.

Position Overview:

As the Marketing Account Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic partner to our real estate agents—helping bring their listings, personal brands, and social presence to life through best-in-class marketing. You’ll act as the local liaison between agents and our in-house creative team, ensuring that all marketing materials reflect The Agency’s premium aesthetic and meet tight deadlines. This role blends client service, project management, brand oversight, and creative collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Agent-Facing Marketing Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Lowcountry based agents for all marketing-related needs
• Guide agents through brand-compliant listing marketing, personal branding, and custom requests
• Manage marketing intake forms, track deliverables, and ensure high-quality, on-brand execution

Listing Marketing Management

• Oversee the timely creation and delivery of listing materials, including brochures, social assets, email campaigns, flyers, signage, and property websites
• Coordinate photography, videography, copywriting, and printing timelines
• Maintain quality control of all listing marketing to ensure luxury standards are upheld

Brand Management & Custom Marketing

• Educate agents on The Agency brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all materials
• Collaborate with agents on custom marketing ideas—pitch decks, lifestyle campaigns, personal logos, etc.—while managing scope, timeline, and creative direction
• Partner with the national marketing team to bring new tools and templates to the local market

Project & Vendor Management

• Maintain vendor relationships (printers, photographers, etc.) and coordinate timelines for deliverables
• Track project requests and marketing KPIs using Asana, Trello, or similar tools

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or real estate branding (brokerage or agency experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; must be deadline- and detail-driven
• Strong design eye with an understanding of premium/luxury aesthetics
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace
• Experience with email platforms (like ActivePipe) and MLS listing systems a plus
• Confident in juggling multiple projects and personalities in a fast-paced, client-facing role
• Passion for real estate, design, lifestyle, and branding
• Must be local to Bluffton, Hilton Head Island or surrounding areas. No relocation given.
