Business Development Manager

Company Description RestoPros of Savannah - Beaufort specializes in water mitigation, fire damage, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties. The company works closely with insurance providers, assists with claims, and offers financing to ensure accessible support when disaster strikes.
Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bluffton, SC. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and other referral partners, and increasing brand awareness in the local market. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold outreach, scheduling and attending meetings and networking events, delivering presentations about RestoPros’ services, and following up consistently to convert leads into active customers. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery, track performance metrics, and report on sales pipeline and revenue growth. This role also involves maintaining CRM records, participating in community events, and gathering market feedback to help refine sales strategies and offerings.
Qualifications

Proven skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Strong relationship-building, networking, and customer service skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and referral partners.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain restoration services and claims processes clearly.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing a sales territory, maintaining a schedule, and accurately updating CRM or sales tools.
Knowledge of or interest in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance industries is strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently in the field, be proactive, and adapt to urgent or changing customer needs.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for meetings, site visits, and events.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
