Value Packline Operator

We are currently hiring Value Packline Operators to work as part of a fast-paced production team creating variety packs of juice products. This position involves lifting and handling cartons, sorting multiple flavors, assembling the correct product combinations, and preparing completed cartons for wrapping and palletizing.

This is an active, hands-on position that requires employees to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift and work consistently as part of a production line.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lift and move cartons of juice from pallets to the production line.
• Sort and organize a variety of juice flavors according to customer pack requirements.
• Remove and rearrange products to create the correct variety-pack combinations.
• Repack completed selections into cartons and move them through the production line for wrapping.
• Assist with stacking and palletizing finished cartons for shipment.
• Maintain a steady and consistent production pace while working as part of the line team.
• Inspect products and cartons for damage and separate damaged product when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other related production duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and handle cartons throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive reaching, bending, lifting, and packing motions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production-line environment.

Compensation details: 15-15 Hourly Wage
